2. What Happens Next?
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
- We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
- We may notify the user who posted the content
- The user may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification
3. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was not infringing, you may submit a counter-notice with the following:
- Your name, address, phone number, and email
- A description of the removed content and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of your local U.S. Federal Court (or, if outside the U.S., the appropriate jurisdiction)
- Your electronic or physical signature

4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Metivi may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate user access or remove user-submitted content if we determine the user is a repeat infringer.
5. Content Attribution & Fair Use
Some content on Metivi (e.g., quotes, commentary, images) may be used under fair use guidelines or properly attributed to sources. If you believe content was used incorrectly, we still encourage you to contact us for resolution.
